1、Overview
The ENR-DZK intelligent controller for resistance cabinets produced by our company can monitor multiple parameters of the resistance cabinet.It records the magnitude of single-phase grounding current,grounding time,temperature of resistance sheets,ambient temperature and humidity,and counts the number of grounding operations.Equipped with a communication interface,it can transmit the recorded data to the main control room,significantly enhancing the safety and reliability of system operation.Moreover,it meets the development requirements for unattended substations.

Features and Characteristics
System Zero-Sequence Current Detection:When the system operates normally,it can detect the zero-sequence current and zero-sequence voltage in the system.
System Ground Fault Alarm:When a single-phase ground fault occurs in the system,the device can issue an alarm signal.
The device has the function of recording the number of grounding actions.
System fault current monitoring and recording function.
The device is equipped with environmental temperature and humidity monitoring functions:it can monitor the temperature and humidity inside the chamber and features automatic temperature and humidity control.
The device is equipped with operational temperature monitoring for resistors to track their operating conditions in real time.
Resistor temperature monitoring can utilize the thermocouple measurement method,which is practical,convenient,and offers high measurement accuracy.
Alternatively,infrared temperature measurement can be selected for resistor temperature monitoring,enabling non-contact measurement,which is safe and practical.
The resistor temperature measurement method can also be flexibly configured.The same controller can support both thermocouple and infrared temperature measurement methods without requiring a controller replacement.
Resistor overtemperature alarm function:When the resistor temperature exceeds the set value,the device can issue an alarm signal.
Communication function:The device is equipped with a communication interface and adopts standard communication protocols,enabling it to communicate with the system monitoring automation system.
Data recording and storage function:The device can automatically store various monitored and recorded data information,and the data will not be lost after power failure.
Query function:The device allows convenient browsing and querying of all stored data information and records.
Data export function:The device is equipped with a standard SD card interface,compatible with various versions of SD memory cards,enabling easy export,backup,and parameter restoration of all stored data and record information.
Hardware watchdog circuit prevents system crashes.
CT ratio setting function:Allows flexible on-site configuration of the selected current transformer's ratio value.
?Human-machine dialogue function:Adopts menu-based operation with multifunctional buttons,making the device easy and convenient to operate.The menu displays rich and intuitive information.
Features resistance protection and open-circuit monitoring;in the event of a line fault,if the circuit does not trip after the resistance operates beyond the rated time,the device issues a trip command to disconnect the faulty line,achieving the purpose of protecting the resistance;when the resistance is open-circuited,the device can issue an alarm signal.
Multiple language modes,one-click switching,easy operation.
Grounding action contact output function:When a single-phase grounding fault occurs in the system,the device can output a signal to control the contact based on the set protection value and protection time.The detection time can be manually configured.
