I. Overview %% The ENR-KZX Series Switch Status Intelligent Control Device is a new type of multifunctional, highly integrated, and intelligent dynamic simulation display and control device developed by our company in response to the current technological advancements in medium and high-voltage switchgear. It is suitable for various complete sets of equipment such as 3-40KV withdrawable cabinets, truck-type switchgear, fixed cabinets, and ring main units. It integrates a primary circuit simulation diagram of the switchgear, the position of the truck (isolating knife), the position of the circuit breaker (open/close status, spring charging status), the position of the grounding knife, high-voltage live display (with self-check), live locking, phase-loss alarm, monitoring and fault display of the environmental temperature and humidity inside the switchgear, open/close control, remote/local control, manual/auto charging control, cabinet lighting, and RS485 communication. The device not only features an elegant and stylish appearance but also optimizes the overall layout of the switchgear, making it an ideal next-generation product for use in switchgear. %% II. III. Working Principle
1 The device consists of an analog indicating section, a high-voltage live indicating section, a temperature and humidity control section, and a communication section.
2. The switch input signals for the analog indicator circuit are derived from the auxiliary contacts of primary components in the switchgear. After noise absorption and optoelectronic isolation, the signals are processed by the CPU for intelligent logic control, driving dynamic analog digital tubes to display the open/close status of each switch.
3. The input signals for the high-voltage live indicator circuit are obtained from high-voltage live sensors connected to the busbar. Following surge absorption, current suppression, and electromagnetic isolation, the CPU performs digital noise filtering on the three-phase voltage signals, identifies the phase sequence, calculates the amplitude, and outputs a high-voltage live blocking signal. High-brightness LEDs indicate the live phases and blocking status.
